It seems that EA’s Rock Band has forced Activision to sit up and take notice of it. Last month, they announced that Sex Pistols will feature in the game and now they have revealed that additional songs from artists such as Aerosmith and Santana will be included in the main set list of GH III.

Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock will release for the PS2, PS3, Wii and the Xbox 360. It will also release for the Mac and PC platforms. GH III is expected to be out on October 28, 2007. The game has been developed by Neversoft and will be published by RedOctane.
