“After BioShock, we had a vision for a follow up that dwarfed the original in scope and ambition,” commented Ken Levine, Creative Director of Irrational Games. “BioShock Infinite has been our sole focus for the last four years, and we can’t wait for fans to get their hands on it.”

Players will be able to step into the shoes of Booker DeWitt, who is a former Pinkerton agent. They will be joined by the likes of a revolutionary AI companion known as Elizabeth. The interesting storyline follows the duo’s perilous escapades as they attempt to flee the sky-city. Aiding them in their endeavor is an arsenal of weapons as well as new abilities, which come in handy while taking on dangerous foes scattered along their path.
