Last year, Electronic Arts had shocked many when it had introduced Tiberium, a shooter based in the Command & Conquer universe. C&C is basically a franchise that has real-time strategy games. One more franchise is the Warhammer 40K, which has many RTS games but there are shooters too!
Apparently one such shooter game that THQ is preparing is Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine. It is yet to be announced. But two days ago, a video made its way online and claimed it featured in-game footage of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine. The video has more than nine minutes of footage of early-in-development clips of the game. It apparently shows a lone-wolf space marine dispatching Chaos servants.
THQ is keeping mum about the whole Warhammer 40K shooter game video thing. But apparently the game is expected to be in development for the PS3, Xbox 360 and the PC platforms. However, the leaked video only has the logo for Microsoft’s console. Previously THQ has released a Warhammer 40K game for the PSP and the Nintendo DS also.
