Ultra Street Fighter 4 is the latest version of SF4 to be unveiled by Capcom, and this game is all set to make its way onto consoles and PC early next year. Ultra Street Fighter 4 will feature five new characters apart from fresh modes, stages, features and other gameplay tweaks based on fan feedback. It will be released as a downloadable pack for Super SF4 and Super SF4: Arcade Edition, while standalone copies of it will also be made available for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
It has been revealed by Capcom that in its DLC form, Ultra Street Fighter 4 will be priced at 14.99 USD (approx. Rs. 890), and as a standalone version, it will be tagged at 39.99 USD (approx. Rs. 2,375). The latter edition will also feature all the DLC costumes for its entire character roster that have been released till now. Out of the five new warriors that have been included in Ultra Street Fighter 4, four are returning ones, while one has been revealed to be a ‘mysterious 5th character.’
Rolento, Poison, Hugo and Elena are the ones that we know will be making their way into the game, while we can expect the fifth character to be disclosed sometime in the near future. A number of balance tweaks have been infused into Ultra Street Fighter 4 by Capcom. These include changes to the traits of characters like THawk, Dudley, Balrog and Chun-Li.
As mentioned above, there will be two ways in which gamers will be able to purchase Ultra Street Fighter 4 when it will be launched early next year. It will be available either as a DLC for earlier SF4 titles or as a standalone disc version.
