Need for Speed has its PC requirements outlined

Need for Speed is gearing up to hit PC this March, and its makers have now gone on to reveal its requirements finally. This upcoming title has been reported to support 4K visuals on capable machines, which is great news for those who demand the maximum from their games.

As for the minimum PC requirements that will allow you to run Need for Speed at 720p resolution and 30fps, they include an Intel Core i3 4130 processor or an equivalent CPU with with 4 hardware threads, and 6GB of RAM. A 2GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti GPU or a 2GB AMD Radeon HD 7850 GPU is needed to make the game work.

Coming to the recommended requirements for running Need for Speed at 1080p resolution and 60fps at high settings, they include an Intel Core i5 4690 CPU or another other equivalent processor with 4 hardware threads, and 8GB worth of RAM. A 4GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 CPU or a 4GB AMD Radeon R9 290 GPU will also need to be present on your PC.

Of course, this game will need a 64-bit copy of Windows 7 or later, while it has been revealed to occupy 30GB of hard drive space. Developer Ghost Games has also disclosed a list of peripheral wheels that will be supported by Need for Speed on PC. These include the Logitech G27, Logitech G29, Logitech G920, Thrustmaster TX, Thrustmaster T150, Thrustmaster T300, Thrustmaster T500 and Fanatec CSR.

Like we said, Need for Speed will be released for PC on March 15. It can already be purchased by those who own the PS4 or the Xbox One right now.
