MotoGP 09/10 Now Available at North American Retail

MotoGP 09/10 was announced in June last year and Capcom said that the game would have a comprehensive career mode. Recently the Japanese company released the game’s demo onto the PSN and Xbox Live. Now Capcom has announced that MotoGP 09/10 has shipped to retailers across North America fro the Xbox 360 and PS3.

The latest offering features all the tracks, riders, and liveries from the 2009 season and is the most comprehensive MotoGP title to date. New tracks, riders and liveries will be made available for download free of charge as the 2010 season unfolds.

Players can manage a team of engineers as they take control of their careers both on and off the track. Players can also secure sponsorships for themselves as they focus on winning the MotoGP world championship. Rider Reputation points can be earned during races for showing off your rider’s skills on the track. The more points you earn, the more attention and recognition you will garner from sponsors, manufacturers, and employees.

Apart from the game’s career mode, there will be three additional gameplay modes which are aimed at delivering the deepest MotoGP experience ever. Arcade Mode gives players a number of challenges to complete before crossing the finish line, including things such as stealing points from opponents. Players can even compete in a full championship season across the three MotoGP bike classes.

MotoGP is the first console racing game which allows up to 20 competitors in a single race. The game allows players to compete online in arcade mode and Career mode. The game’s online mode will also have online leaderboards and a spectator mode.

MotoGP 09/10 is now available at North American retail for a price of 49.99 USD (approx. Rs. 2,270). The game is developed by Monumental Games and published by Capcom.
