Gamers who have a PSP or the PS3 have enjoyed an amazing driving game called as GripShift. Now Sidhe Interactive, the cross platform developers from New Zealand, has sent word that their driving platformer GripShift will be available on the Xbox Live Arcade (XBLA).
GripShift for the Xbox 360 will have updated graphics, improved controls and additional single and multiplayer content such as new Challenge courses and a Deathmatch mode. Just like most of the XBLA games, GripShift too will have unlockable achievements and TrueSkill Leaderboard functionality.
Mario Wynands, Managing Director, Sidhe Interactive says, “Veteran players and newcomers to the game will both find something to love in this definitive version of GripShift. We have added a considerable amount of new content, including new single player courses and a multiplayer Deathmatch mode for players bent on dominating their friends or climbing to the top of the leaderboards.”
There is no word on the exact release date for GripShift for the XBLA but the game is expected to be out in 2007.
It is nice to see GripShift on the Xbox 360, though it would be great if Sidhe Interactive could get this driving game on the PC also.
