Millions of gamers have enjoyed Sonic on their consoles and mobile phones. But now Sonic The Hedgehog is all set to make an appearance on the iPod. Sega has sent word that the Sonic The Hedgehog game will be available on the new iPod Nano with video, the iPod classic and the fifth generation iPod.
Simon Jeffery is the President & COO of Sega of America. He quotes, “Sonic The Hedgehog is one of the most beloved video game characters of all time. And with the installed base that iPod enjoys Sonic now becomes available to a whole new group of casual and hardcore gamers just in the time for the holidays.”
Sonic The Hedgehog for the iPods will be available on the 22 iTunes Stores all over the world. The game, which has been designed specially for the iPod will cost $4.99 (approx. Rs. 197). Also, customers will be able to gift the Sonic The Hedgehog game to their loved ones.
