Some time ago, we had reported about Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology that was announced for the PSP. Now Namco Bandai Games has shipped the game to retailers across U.S.
Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology has a storyline, a fast-paced and strategic real-time battle system along with deep character customization options and a virtually endless supply of quests for players.
Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology is set in the ancient land of Terresia, which is in danger. An evil being known as the Devourer is planning to consume the life from the planet. Now, the noble World Tree summons a great hero to defeat this threat. Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology lets gamers make and customize the game’s main character for the first time in the series. What’s more interesting is, that gamers can select from up to 10 classes, 1,000 different weapons, armor and items as well as options for face, hair and voice to put their own mark on the attractive storyline.
Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology also has an exceptional battle system which allows gamers to unleash melee, ranged and magical attacks and manage their party in real-time to dispatch the enemy. Nineteen fan-favorite characters from previous games have also been included in this game, which will permit gamers to take on many of these characters as well as other NPC mercenaries into their party to fight next to them in battle.

Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology has been developed in-house by Namco Bandai Games. The game is a PSP exclusive and has been priced $39.99 (approx. Rs. 1600). It is rare to see role playing games on Sony’s handheld, but PSP gamers will be delighted to play the game.
