Ubisoft has announced that it will be holding a closed beta of For Honor later this month. January 26 to January 29 is the duration for which this program will be running, allowing eager gamers to get their first look at the upcoming hack and slash game.
Those interested can sign up for this open beta right now by visiting For Honor’s official website. It will be made available for the PS4, the Xbox One as well as PC; so you need not worry about any platform problems.
You will eventually be able to choose from three factions – Knight, Samurai or Viking – that will form part of the game. Achievements of each faction across result in bonuses in the final version of For Honor, on all platforms.
If you’re unsure about what faction to pick, you can select the ”˜Not Sure Yet’ option. It must be noted that selecting a particular faction doesn’t result in it getting locked for the full game, as you’ll still be able to switch between them when you prefer.
For Honor is slated to be released for the above mentioned platforms on February 14 worldwide. This new offering from Ubisoft Montreal takes place in a medieval fantasy setting, and allows gamers to don the roles of historical soldiers such as medieval knights, samurai and Vikings. Apart from the campaign, a multiplayer mode also forms part of it.
