Just Cause 3 gets its Mech Land Assault DLC next week

Just Cause 3 has been out there since long, and its second DLC pack is now ready to be deployed. Dubbed Mech Land Assault, it will be outed on June 3 only for those who own the game’s Season Pass. As for those who don’t, they will be able to buy from June 10 onwards.

This Season Pass named the Air, Land & Sea expansion pass costs 25 USD (approx. Rs 1685), and promises free and early access to three big DLC packs for Just Cause 3. While the first among them was Sky Fortress, the second one is Mech Land Assault. The third such pack is named Bavarium Sea Heist, and will be out by the end of this summer.

For those wondering, purchasing the new Mech Land Assault DLC separately will require them to spend 12 USD (approx. Rs 810) on it. It is set on a new island named Lacrima, and has been revealed to take protagonist Rico Rodriguez to an abandoned eDen research base and a prison camp run by the mysterious Black Hand.

As its name suggests, this Just Cause 3 DLC includes mechs that will allow gamers to throw enemies, vehicles and other objects around like ‘tennis balls.’ This title was release late last year for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. Developed by series-creator Avalanche Studios, it stays true to its predecessors by offering open world action-adventure gameplay that’s made fun by features like grappling hooks, parachutes, wingsuits and more.

Like we said, the new Mech Land Assault DLC for Just Cause 3 will be released on June 3 for Season Pass owners and on June 10 for others. It will of course be available on all three platforms.
