Just Cause 3 gets showcased through new trailer

Just Cause 3 is slated to be released this holiday season, and although the launch is too far away right now, its makers want to keep the anticipation among fans high. They have hence released an explosive trailer for the game which is demonstrating the high-quality graphics and physics present in the upcoming title. Although there’s no gameplay on show, we do get a glimpse of the new wingsuit which will form part of the experience in this edition of the series.

The Just Cause 3 trailer lets you have a look at the amazing fire effects which the game has conjured up. It shows a burning bridge off which a vintage sports car has just jumped off and is ready to crash. Among the things that are burning and exploding is the statue of the fictitious dictator, General Di Ravello who will be playing a huge role in the game. We then realize that the action we’re seeing is all being reflected in the protagonist Rico Rodriguez’s eyes, who its sailing down from the sky and suddenly opens his wingsuit.

Developed by Avalanche Studios, the Just Cause series has been around since 2006 when the first entry to it was released for the PS2, the Xbox, the Xbox 360 and PC. Then in 2010, we saw the launch of its second iteration which garnered immense critical and public acclaim for its highly versatile gameplay. And now, by the end of 2015, we’ll be seeing the third entry to the series in the form of this offering.

Although this trailer you can see in the space above doesn’t give away much about Just Cause 3, you can expect gameplay footage to be revealed this June during E3 2015.
