The game breaking bug which spoilt gamers’ save files after reaching the 90 percent mark is being addressed through the update. The affected save files will automatically be reconstructed allowing you to start playing where you had left off. Another major issue which allowed hackers to use cheats within the game will also be elimination by this patch.

In the multiplayer portion of Watch Dogs, minor respawn problems and some connection and session joining issues are being repaired. On the gameplay side of things, a number of mission-breaking bugs are being fixed by the update, aside from minor mission and item-related problems. A serious bug that caused the game to empty players’ weapon-wheels has been addressed as well.

The list of additions grows for the PC version which is the most affected one right now. Graphical glitches, crashes, online issues, gameplay bugs, broken missions and a lost more mar this variant of Watch Dogs. The much awaited patch to fix this is finally here and should start appearing for players sometime this week.

Like we said, the Watch Dogs update is live now for the PS3 and the PS4, while its PC and Xbox (360 and One) versions will arrive in the coming days and next week, respectively.
