The Zodiac Tournament DLC of Sleeping Dogs which was announced last month has been launched by Square Enix, and is available to download now through PSN, Xbox Live and Steam. As its description says, this add-on calls players to become the dragon and unleash their fists of fury. It is actually based on a combat tournament for which the protagonist is invited to a hidden island off the coast of Hong Kong.
This exclusive competition has Wei Shen face off against some of the world’s greatest warriors in fight unto death bouts. The new island that forms the playing ground of this story-based content is called the Zodiac Island. It houses a crumbling temple complex that is filled with ancient arenas, with each of them being more complex and deadly than the last. Gamers will be up against tasks like avoiding fire pits and spike-clad ceilings while fighting cold-blooded killers who’re masters of close-quarters combat. In order to win and take out the island’s boss, Wei will be needed to make use of his full move set.
Square Enix and United Front Games have been delivering add-on content for Sleeping Dogs ever since its launch, and are expected to continue doing so till the end of February. Upon its launch in August this year, it came out with a number of packs that formed its first DLC. Several add-ons were rolled out in October, while the same month saw the game getting its first story-driven content, called Nightmare in North Point. The following month saw even more DLC coming its way. This time, it was the Square Enix Character Pack which gave the title’s protagonist different outfits inspired from leading men featured in other games from the publisher.
This open world action-adventure title is available for purchase now for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. It is actually a reboot to the famed True Crime series, and ever since its launch, has been gaining a lot of praises from gamers and critics alike for its exciting offerings.
The Zodiac Tournament DLC for Sleeping Dogs can be bought currently through PSN, Xbox Live and Steam. It has been priced at 400 Microsoft Points and 4.99 USD (approx. Rs. 275) for the respective platforms.
