Silent Hill: Downpour, HD Collection and Book of Memories Dated

This March is all set to be a busy month for survival horror fans as three new titles – Silent Hill: Downpour, HD Collection and Book of Memories, are all set to release for various platforms in that month. Exciting new quests and challenges will be on offer through each of these games, claims Konami.

First up for release on March 6, will be the Silent Hill HD Collection which features high-definition remakes of Silent Hill 2 and 3. Moreover, new voiceovers as well as support for PSN Trophies and Xbox 360 Achievements would also form a part of this collection. Silent Hill 2 was launched for the first time in 2001, whereas Silent Hill 3 was originally outed in 2003.

On the other hand, Silent Hill: Downpour is a new title which revolves around a convicted felon named Murphy Pendleton, who finds himself trapped in Silent Hill after the crash of his prison transport bus. Claimed to be the most expansive Silent Hill title till date, this game will allow players to journey around its open world to play side missions and explore the town. It will be released on March 13.

Silent Hill Book of Memories is a PS Vita exclusive which will be outed on March 27. This game involves a book which is capable of changing the past, allowing gamers to write their own ideal history. It will supposedly be the first Silent Hill offering to support multiplayer co-op.
