Fallout: New Vegas to Get Three DLC packs

Back in February, Bethesda Softworks released the first DLC for Fallout: New Vegas dubbed Dead Money. The company has now disclosed three more DLC packs referred to as Honest Hearts, Old World Blues and Lonesome Road for the title. It has been revealed that these bundles will come simultaneously for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Windows PC starting this month and until July.

Unlocking the doors to the wilderness of Utah’s Zion National Park, Honest Hearts portrays an expedition which goes horribly wrong. As tribal bands raid onto gamers’ caravan, they will need to make their way back to the Mojave. This journey comes under thundering blisters of conflict as they are pulled into the battle between a New Canaanite missionary and the mysterious Burned Man.

Those who wish to game with the Mojave’s mutated monsters can enter the world of Old World Blues. This add-on unfurls an environment where a science experiment turns a lab rat into a dreadful creature. Players will have to hunt for information regarding the Big Empty’s Pre-War research centres to defeat their kidnappers. A failure could lead to them joining these terror forces that will further aggravate the situation.

The last offering namely Lonesome Road offers a meaningful conclusion to the courier’s story. The narrative enfolded in this DLC entails the original Courier Six who is said to be a man named Ulysses. After refusing to deliver the Platinum Chip at the start of the game, the character will bring in one last job that necessitates players to plunge into the Divide’s depths of the hurricane-swept canyons.

Fallout: New Vegas Honest Hearts will be available on May 17, 2011 for Xbox 360 and Windows PC while its PS3 counterpart has been scheduled for a May 18, 2011 release. Gamers can expect to lay hands on Old World Blues and Lonesome Road in the months of June and July, respectively. Each of these pack have been affixed with price tags of 800 Microsoft Points, 9.99 Euro (approx. Rs. 660) and 7.49 GBP (approx. Rs. 550) on the Xbox Live, PSN, Steam and Direct2Drive.
