Assassin’s Creed II – Battle of Forli DLC rides onto the PSN

Assassin’s Creed II is noted to be the acclaimed sequel to Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed which hit the gaming terrain in 2007. The very first DLC for the newly released title was announced last week. According to the official PlayStation blog, The Battle of Forli for Assassin’s Creed II is now available on the PlayStation Network.

In Assassin’s Creed II, there were apparently some corrupted sequences that couldn’t be accessed in the Animus. The newly unfurled DLC lets players engage in two ‘repaired’ sequences packed in The Battle of Forli. The content features a real battle where the city of Forli which was under the rule of Caterina Sforza was attacked by the Orsi brothers.

As Ezio and Machiavelli move to the citadel of Forli they find that Borgia guards led by the Orsi brothers are already attacking the city. Gamers are adorned with the role of protecting the city besides the leader of the Florence mercenaries namely Sforza and Machiavelli. They will also be able to use the flying machine in the region of Forli.

The Battle of Forli DLC can be acquired from the PSN for a price of $3.99 (approx. Rs.184). Gamers can espy the second DLC for Assassin’s Creed II titled Bonfire of the Vanities by late February aatached with a price tag of $4.99 (approx. Rs.230).
