Left 4 Dead 2 crawled its way into stores in November 2009 for the Xbox 360 and PC. Since its release, the game has gathered a significant amount of recognition as it apparently sold 2 million copies in just 2 weeks worldwide. In December, the Valve announced the very first game add-on titled ‘The Passing’ scheduled to arrive by early this year.
Now as the official Left 4 Dead blog discloses, the company is currently working on other updates for the Xbox 360 and PC. The blog reveals to fans a few Versus changes that can be expected. First up is the addition of bots for the Infected team. This will come in handy then the Infected are short of one or two men.
The company is planning to also remove the Auto-Spawning in Versus finales although it is a favorite by L4D fans. The changes will be made to the auto-spawning in Versus only after the company espies how the game is currently being played.
Valve ends by stating that the development of ‘The Passing’ is going on and recording of actors will commence shortly.
