An enchantingly illustrious action-adventure title that almost seemed to be overlooked by mainstream enthusiasts, dubbed as Enslaved: Odyssey of the Past was released last month. Intricacies about the new premium downloadable content ‘Pigsy’s Perfect 10’ for the same have been disclosed by Namco Bandai Games.
The new DLC is reported to include a new side story of the in-game NPC ally called ‘Pigsy’ from the main game and will allow players to experience the complete original title as well as the premium DLC in 3D. Pigsy is a humorous porcine character recognized by his inept hygiene and one-line zingers who will be the prime character for the new content. In search of companionship in the deserted Titan Graveyard except for the mechs that loiter around, Pigsy dreams of the perfect woman and sets forth on a task of constructing one using scrap parts that lay around the junkyard.
Vitally contradicting the characteristics and attributes possessed by the main game’s playable character Monkey, Pigsy tends to be of the romantic kind as opposed to the brute-force contriver that Monkey was. While stealthy and sharp-shooting abilities of Pigsy make his gameplay a completely different dynamic, he is also armed with a trusty sniper rifle, far-reaching hookshot, Trouble Vision eye piece, various grenades and devices along with the abet of his faithful mechanical assist, Truffles.
The new DLC is reported to patch all aspects of Enslaved: Odyssey to the West with a TriOviz for Games Technology update that allows players to play through the game in spectacular 3D. Using the Stereo 3D Active Shutter Glasses, the DLC can integrate the third dimension on a 3D-enabled television. Stereo 3D will also be on hand for the ones who do not own a 3D-enabled television by using the TriOviz INFICOLOR 3D glasses. TriOviz for Games Technology is claimed to add incredible DOF to the original gameplay and visuals while reinstating its integrity. The retailer bonus alternate costumes for Trip and Monkey will also be portrayed in 3D for the ones who already have them.
Set to be made available on PSN and Xbox Live Marketplace later this year, Pigsy’s Perfect 10 DLC content will require players to possess Enslaved: Odyssey to the West for their respective PS3 or Xbox 360 console systems.
