A Star Wars Clone Wars Co-op Game Coming For Xbox 360, PS3?

Star Wars Clone Wars has been satisfying the appetite of many Wii owners with Lightsaber Duels and Nintendo DS users with Jedi Alliance, while PS3 and Xbox 360 owners were left out of the Star Wars Clone Wars saga. But Destructoid is reporting that sources “familiar with the project” have revealed, Krome Studios based in Australia is developing Star Wars The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

Star Wars The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes is said to be a third person shooter which features co-op play for both Jedi and Clone story missions. In a Jedi mode, players can choose between Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano and Anakin Skywalker, whereas in the Clone missions gamers play as bounty hunter Cad Bane.

The game will concentrate primarily on melee combat and throughout the shooter, upgrades can be purchased. Players will even be able to control rolling Droideka and other such droids.
