Tomb Raider: Underworld is the eighth game in the Tomb Raider series and was released in November 2008. Xbox 360 DLC for the game, titled Beneath the Ashes was released in February 2009 on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Now Eidos Interactive has announced that Tomb Raider: Underworld has been made available as part of the Platinum Hits range for the PS3 and as part of the Classics range for the Xbox 360.
The game merges aspects of large scale puzzle solving and exploration of the game’s environments, and takes players through the ancient worlds of Thailand, the Arctic Sea, Mexico, the Mediterranean and more. Underworld continues the exploration adventure from where Tomb Raider: Legend left off, as Lara Croft unearths clues to the existence of the Norse underworld and the Hammer of Thor.
Tomb Raider: Underworld is developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Eidos Interactive. The game is now available as part of the Classics range for the Xbox 360 console and Platinum Hits range for the PS3, for a price of 19.99 GBP (approx. Rs. 935).
