Microsoft has lined up an interesting game on the Xbox Live Arcade (XBLA) for the Xbox 360 gamers this New Year! They have sent word that the fourth title in the Metal Slug series, Metal Slug 3 will be up on the XBLA next week. The run-and-gun video game features HD graphics and co-op multiplayer over Xbox Live.
Metal Slug 3 will see gamers take various route selections inside each stage enabling them to play over and over again. The game features Marco, Tarma, Eri and Fio, the four veterans in the “Metal Slug” series who are stopping General Morden from troubling the order and peace that has begun to return to the world. Metal Slug 3 includes a variety of vehicles called “Slugs”, which are made available to help gamers in combat and to complete the mission. It has co-op gameplay for up to two players over Xbox Live.
Metal Slug 3 for the XBLA has been developed by SNK Playmore. The game will be available from Wednesday, January 2, 2008, worldwide for 800 Microsoft Points.
