A few months ago, we had reported about a new movie called Game that was based on the world of MMORPGs. FirstShowing.net is reporting that Ludacris has been added to the cast of the film, which already stars Gerard Butler (King Leonidas of 300) as the lead.
As for Ludacris, he will be part of resistance group titled Humanz, who are protesting the way the prisoners are being used. Basically, the convicts are actual human people who are played by gamers in a massively multiplayer game. The convict has to win thirty games, which will enable him to get out of the prison. Ludacris, whose real name is Christopher Brian Bridges has previously worked in action films such as 2 Fast 2 Furious and Crash.
Game will be directed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, who have earlier worked on Crank. There are reports that ‘Game’ is just the working title of the film and it could be changed in the future.
