FIFA 08 Details Revealed by EA

Electronic Arts (EA) has revealed more details about the newest version of the FIFA series. They released details regarding the platforms and players that will feature on the front packs of the FIFA 08 game.

Here is the list of superstars that will be on the front pack of FIFA 08:

  • Sergio Ramos, Spanish, Real Madrid (Spain)
  • Miroslav Klose, German, Werder Bremen (Germany)
  • Andreas Ivanschitz, Austrian, Panathinaikos FC (Greece)
  • Tranquillo Barnetta, Swiss, Bayer Leverkusen (Germany)
  • Florent Malouda, French, Olympique Lyonnais (France)
  • Frank Ribery, French, Olympique Marseille (France)
  • Joe Booth, Senior Producer, FIFA 08 said, “We are proud to call some of the world’s best football athletes our partners.     FIFA 08 is scheduled to release this autumn for the PS2, PS3, PSP, Nintendo DS, Wii, Xbox 360 and the PC. They are also making a mobile version of the game.

    It would have been great if they included Kaka or Steven Gerrard on the covers, as both of them were instrumental in taking their respective clubs to the UEFA Champions League finals, which AC Milan won yesterday in Athens. But, they could make it to the North America and UK covers as EA will be revealing details about them next month.
