Yosumin Live for Xbox 360 and Yosumin for PC Available, says Square Enix

Square Enix has revealed that Yosumin! Live and Yosumin are now available worldwide for the Xbox 360 and Windows PC respectively. Yosumin! Live can be purchased via the Xbox Live Marketplace for the Xbox 360’s XBLA while Yosumin! for the Windows PC can be obtained via online content delivery systems such as Steam and Big Fish Games. Also, a free trial version of both games is now available.

The two games make up the latest additions to the very innovative puzzle game, previously released only in Japan. Playing the game, players have to single out a block with four corners of the same color and make the yosumin disappear by clicking them. Even relatively simple rules like these make for a very engaging puzzle game.

In Yosumin! Live for the Xbox 360, players can either play against the computer or a friend, and can even go online to compete against players from all over the world. Yosumin! for the Windows PC features the ‘Yosumin! Adventure Mode’ in which players can collect stained glass while they clear the puzzles. To run the game on your PC, you should have a system with Windows XP or Vista, a minimum of 512 MB RAM and 65 MB hard disc space, plus and on-board video card, a DirectX 9.0 compatible sound card and an 800 MHz or higher processor.

Yosumin! Live for XBLA for the Xbox 360 is now available for 800 Microsoft Points. The statement from Square Enix says that Yosumin! for Windows PC will cost 19.99 USD (approx. Rs. 950), while the game is listed on Steam for 9.99 USD (approx. Rs. 475) and on Big Fish Games for a price of 6.99 USD (approx. Rs. 335).
