In the quest for customer satisfaction, gamers have to guide Flo as she seats customers, takes orders, delivers food, accepts payments and buses tables within the given time limit. Customer satisfaction is depicted in a heart meter that empties as the customer loses patience and finally leaves the diner if the meter gets completely empty. Conventional control schemes like a point-and-click style with hotkeys can be used to play the game.
