Christmas is a time for fun, they say and that’s what gamers in North America will get this holiday season. Nintendo has sent word that they are going to launch two special-edition Nintendo DS bundles. One is a Gold edition with Zelda: Phantom Hourglass while the other one is Metallic Rose Nintendo DS that comes with ‘Best Friends’ version of Nintendogs.

It’s bundled with Nintendogs, the acclaimed puppy-interaction software that lets players select, train and play with their own canine companions. And the hardware comes accented with a distinctive pink puppy paw print.

Our new bundles will be collector’s items for current gamers while offering an attractive way for people new to video games to play with style.”
Nintendo has released many versions of the Nintendo DS all over the world. This two too seem very amazing. No wonder it has sold about four and a half million units of the handheld this year. In fact, from the time the DS has been released, a more than 13.6 million units have been shifted.
