Another Xbox 360 Exclusive from Ubisoft?

It was recently revealed that Ubisoft was working on two titles based on the Tom Clancy brand after the freshly released Splinter Cell Conviction and the upcoming next iteration in the Ghost Recon series. A few weeks ago, there were multiple rumors from all across the community that Splinter Cell: Conviction was a timed exclusive for the Xbox 360 and would eventually appear on the PS3 in a year or so.

Though these rumors continue to persist, we found something that would suggest that the company is working on another Xbox 360 exclusive game (a sequel to Conviction?). Frederic Gemus has been working with the studio as a game designer for the last 3 years and his projects have included the commercially successful and critically acclaimed Assassin’s Creed 2. His latest project in 2010 is a new and unannounced title which has been marked out just for the Xbox 360. This implies that one of the two Tom Clancy exclusives that are being discussed on the internet is again exclusive to the Xbox 360 format.

This may also be an indication of the game being a sequel to the recently released Conviction which according to many has a few gaps in the plotline towards the end suggesting the existence of a sequel. The final word, however, rests in the hands of Ubisoft who have brought forward a new generation of video games by meshing historical contexts with the dystopian future and the lovely resurrection of the Prince of Persia series which has set to become an enchanting tale.
