Developers Robot Entertainment offers gamers a chance to plunge once again into the dead world located just beyond the rifts with the second DLC pack for Orcs Must Die! entitled Lost Adventures. Players can take advantage of five challenging fortresses bundled in the form of a new series for the acclaimed action strategy game.
As the company suggests, the Lost Adventures DLC will have War Mage pitted against the most deadly rift assaults. There are four completely new fortresses where gamers can fight the orcs as well as a reverse version of The Tower which put foes on high ground. Additionally, each fortress offers players three difficulty levels namely Apprentice, War Mage, or Nightmare.
To bring more mayhem into the title, the company has introduced two new enemies, Frost Bat with an icy breath and Cyclops Mage who boasts of a deadly draining magical attack. Other features come in the form of new leaderboards for all of the five new levels individually as well as the ability to earn up to fifty additional skulls to enhance the slew of traps. As a new bonus defense, gamers can scatter the Mana Well at different spots across the fortress for acquiring magical energy when needed.
In Orcs Must Die!, players must defend fortresses that are under threat by orcs. Aiding them in their endeavor is a plethora of weapons and traps with which they can launch, gibletize, hack, flatten and incinerate the dangerous foes along with their nasty allies.
