Sid Meier’s Civilization V Now Available

Back in June, we reported about the release dates of the next chapter in the Sid Meier’s Civilization series. Over a period of months, we’ve been hearing about various facets of this classic turn-based strategy game. 2K Games has now unleashed the doors of this world as Sid Meier’s Civilization V released across the UK.

Returning in a grand style, the franchise has been extended with Civilization V which introduces hexagonal tiles. This is expected to expand the strategic nature of the series while offering realistic gameplay. Players can explore vast, organic landscapes in the game as its brand new engine treats them with a startling visual experience.

The game has been designed to authenticate colossal wars between empires as armies from different sides endeavor to establish their dominance. With the addition of several ranged bombardment as well as fire weapons, the title is said to extend an enriching experience even during massive battles.

PC gamers can now procure Sid Meier’s Civilization V for 39.99 GBP (approx. Rs. 2,851) while the title’s Digital Deluxe Edition is up for grabs at participating digital distribution sites with a price tag of 49.99 GBP (approx. Rs. 3,564). Sid Meier’s Civilization V Special Edition is available at select outlets at the price of 49.99 GBP.
