EA Sports FIFA Soccer 11 Hits Stores

Unfolding a football stadium into living rooms, the FIFA franchise from the house of Electronic Arts has scored yet another goal. The next chapter in the series dubbed FIFA Soccer 11 is now out in stores across North America, Europe and Asia.

Featuring Landon Donovan on its cover, the title has been localized into 18 languages to enhance the experience of several gamers around the globe. Boosting this football simulation, the company has infused several features such as the new Personality+ and augmented individual abilities for in-game players. Gamers can now interact man-to-man with 360° Fight for Possession and make the optimum use of Pro Passing.

Xbox 360 and PS3 owners can refine their experience with My Live Season premium service which delivers weekly pulse of soccer by bringing updates from the real world. It will extend information about player form, injuries, transfers, suspensions, fixtures, results and league standings from various European leagues such as the BPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and more.

My Live Season premium service is now available for 4.99 USD (approx. Rs. 224) on the PSN while gamers can access it from the Xbox Live Marketplace by redeeming 400 MS Points for individual leagues. Those who wish to purchase a package for all leagues will have to shell out 9.99 USD (approx. Rs. 448) on the PlayStation Network and 800 Microsoft Points on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Besides, the Online Pass of the title will avail of a one-time use registration code to Xbox 360 as well as PS3 gamers, allowing them to access online services and features.

FIFA Soccer 11 has been released in North America for the Xbox 360 and PS3 whereas gamers in Europe as well as Asia can lay their hands on the game starting today. Wii version of the title will be released on October 4, 2010 in North America while the Nintendo DS FIFA Soccer 11 glides to Europe and Asia on October 30, 2010. The game has been designed for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, PC, Nintendo DS, PS2, PSP, iPhone and iPod touch.
