NBA 2K10 dribbles onto the Wii

NBA 2K10 is the newest installment in the famous NBA 2K franchise. The game was earlier released for the Xbox 360, PS3, PS2 and PSP just last month. Now 2K Sports now announces that the Wii version of NBA 2K10 can now be purchased from stores. Packed with the same exhilarating features that was seen in the other console versions, the title also offers an real simulation experience complete with intense franchise and career modes. The title hits the Wii console for the very first time and lets gamers go head to head against friends online.

The gameplay features comprised in the game include NBA Today where players can get real world matchups, stats and news streamed straight into the title. They are up to date with all the latest news from the NBA. Another feature comes in the form of My Player career mode. Here gamers can create and design their own desired NBA player and guide him through a successful career. They start off as a amateur and moves their way to the top and finally may get endowed into the NBA Development League.

The styles and look of each player mimics that of their counterparts to the tee. Gamers can also espy better easy-to-use offensive controls for IsoMotion moves and dribbling. Lastly there are more innovative defensive controls packed into the game which allow fans to deny position off-ball, shadow the opponent’s move and opt for various approaches in order to contest shots.

Previously available for other consoles like PS3 and Xbox 360, the E rated NBA 2K10 can now be acquired for the Wii as well as the PC.
