Fight Night Round 4 getting December DLC, Price Reduction

Fight Night Round 4 is the boxing video game from Electronic Arts featuring the likes of Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson, and earlier we reported that the game got a downloadable boxer pack. Now EA has revealed that Fight Night Round 4 will be getting a new DLC pack in early December, for both the PS3 and the Xbox 360. The company has also announced a price cut for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game in North America.

Released on June 23, 2009, Fight Night Round 4 has been sweeping audiences with its realistic graphics and genre defining physics-based boxing. The December downloadable content will add playable boxers to the game including Bernard Hopkins, Sonny Liston and Evander Holyfield. The DLC pack will also feature two completely new game modes, Old School Rules and Ring Rivalries. Old School Rules adds a new perspective to traditional boxing, while Ring Rivalries lets players re-create some of the most thrilling match-ups in boxing history.

The DLC pack will be available in early December for 800 Microsoft Points for the Xbox 360 and for a price of 9.99 USD (approx. Rs. 470) for the PS3 system. Across North America, Fight Night Round 4 will come at a new suggested retail price of 39.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,885).
