A few months ago, we had reported that the new Bomberman games would be coming for the Nintendo DS, Wii and the PSP. Now Hudson Entertainment has sent word that Bomberman Land for the Wii and the PSP and Bomberman Land Touch! 2 for the Nintendo DS have gone gold.
Bomberman Land features a thrilling single player campaign as well as a multiplayer mode that has made it so popular in the past. There are many mini-games as the Wii and the PSP version feature 50 of them while the Nintendo DS version features some 40 mini-games.
There is also the Story Mode in Bomberman Land, that lets gamers discover a fantasy land and crack quests and puzzles with the final goal of restoring peace and calm to the besieged Bomberman world. The Wii version has some six different ‘Battle Modes’ with twenty maps each. Nintendo DS and the Sony PSP versions of Bomberman Land allow for shared play locally and up to 4 players globally.
Bomberman Land for the Wii and the PSP and Bomberman Land Touch! 2 for the Nintendo DS will be distributed in North America by Konami Digital Entertainment. Hudson will be publishing these three games. These games will cost $29.99 (approx. Rs. 1180) each and are expected to ship by January 29, 2008.
