PS Store Update Brings Gravity Rush and MGS: HD Collection for PS Vita

PS Vita owners can dive into two big titles this week which come in the form of Gravity Rush and MGS: HD Collection via the latest PS Store update. Another Vita game is an augmented reality offering named PulzAR. PS3 gamers need not be disappointed, as games like Babel Rising, Batman Arkham City, DiRT Showdown and Just Dance 3 have also hit PSN this week.

According to a post on the official PlayStation blog, Gravity Rush is now available for the PS Vita at a price of 35.99 USD (approx. Rs. 2,000), while the Metal Gear Solid: HD Collection sells at a dollar lesser than this price. PulzAR, a puzzler which makes use of the Vita’s AR cards, can be downloaded for just 1.99 USD (approx. Rs. 110). The only new free demo coming this week for the handheld is that of Escape Plan which also receives a fresh DLC that can be purchased at just 0.25 USD (approx. Rs. 13) for two weeks.

On the PS3 front, Babel Rising sells for the console at a price of 9.99 USD (approx. Rs. 555). Batman: Arkham City also makes it to PSN with this week’s PS Store update, slapped with a price tag of 29.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,665). DiRT Showdown, Codemasters’ latest in the acclaimed racing game series, is purchasable at 59.99 USD (approx. Rs. 3,335), whereas Just Dance 3 sells at 39.99 USD (approx. Rs. 2,225). Free demos of Babel Rising and Jam Live Music Arcade can also be availed of by PS3 gamers.

The PS Plus Instant Game Collection which was unveiled at the E3 gets two new bundles in form of Borderlands and Split/Second that can be bought for 20.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,170) each. Plus subscribers even get free game trials of Batman: Arkham City and Just Dance 3 along with new avatars. The only fresh title available for the PSP this week is Gungnir, an SRPG which is priced at 29.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,670).
