PS Store Update brings NBA 2K13, Resident Evil 6 and Pre-orders of Assassin’s Creed 3

This week’s PS Store update is being highlighted by Sony’s Day 1 Digital program which has brought NBA 2K13 and Resident Evil 6 to PSN on their retail launch dates. Under the same program Assassin’s Creed 3 will be released through the service on October 30, and its pre-order are now live for all PSN users. Other releases of this week include Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7, Sonic Adventure 2, NiGHTS Into Dreams, New Little King’s Story for the Vita and the PS Plus content we reported about earlier.

Both NBA 2K13 and Resident Evil 6 can be bought at 59.99 USD (approx. Rs. 3,120) each. The pre-orders for Assassin’s Creed 3 exist for three of its editions. While the standard version can be reserved for 59.99 USD (approx. Rs. 3,120), the Gold Edition which comes with the game’s Season Pass goes for 89.99 USD (approx. Rs. 4,680). And there’s a bundle as well; containing Assassin’s Creed 3 Gold Edition and AC 3: Liberation, which can be pre-ordered at 119.99 (approx. Rs. 6,240).

Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7 now sells on PSN at 19.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,040). And then there are two PSN games as well which come in the form of Sonic Adventure 2 and NiGHTS Into Dreams, both priced at 9.99 USD (approx. Rs. 520). PS Vita owners get New Little King’s Story which has its price tagged at 39.99 USD (approx. Rs. 2,080), while there are also a large number of PS one Classics that have been released through this PS Store update for the handheld. Two new PS2 Classics are available now for the PS3. They include Ruff Trigger: The Vanocore Conspiracy and Innocent Life: A Futuristic Harvest Moon Special Edition, both priced 9.99 USD (approx. Rs. 520).

And as far as PS Plus subscribers are concerned, they of course get the free download of NFL Blitz. Besides, this PS Store update also grants them an 80 percent discount on Alex Kidd in Miracle World as well as a 50 percent price cut on Spelunker HD. Lastly, they get 10 percent discounts on pre-orders of Dishonored, Doom 3 BFG Edition and Need for Speed Most Wanted.
