Sony to Bring its 250 GB PS3 Console to Japan

Sony introduced its PS3 Slim last year to much appreciation by fans. It had a 120 GB hard drive, and its sleek features gave it a futuristic look. Now Sony Computer Entertainment Japan (SCEJ) has announced that a PS3 with a 250 GB hard disk drive will be made available in February in Japan as part of a limited offer.

250 GB PS3 coming to Japan

The PlayStation Network has over 3.8 million registered accounts in Japan (as of the beginning of January 2010) and has started offering more exciting content including movies, TV drama, and music videos, in addition to a wide range of game and anime content. With the new 250 GB PS3, users will now be able to store more data on their consoles, and download from the PSN without fear of running out of hard drive space.
