Microsoft’s Xbox Live Arcade and Nintendo’s WiiWare services have their share of great games. Sony’s PlayStation Network too is getting some innovative games like Soldner-X: Himmelssturmer and Noby Noby Boy. Now Namco Bandai Games has revealed the details regarding the prices and launch date of Noby Noby Boy.
Noby Noby Boy is about a creature called as Boy and gamers have full freedom to create gameplay that is suited to their tastes. Basically, they have to not only eat but also spit the stuff that they encounter in the game. Both the ends of Boy are controlled using the two analog sticks of the Sixaxis.
Also, Noby Noby Boy lets users record video footage of the gameplay and share it on YouTube directly. There is some online gaming too as gamers can collaborate to unlock new stages of the game. There is a persistent character called as Girl that grows at the same rate of all the gamers.
Noby Noby Boy for the PS3 will be available on the Playstation Network on February 19, 2009. It will be priced at EUR 3.99 (approx. Rs. 250). Noby Noby Boy has been made by Keita Takahashi, the creator of Katamari Damacy.
