Smash Cars coming to PSN Next Week

Smash Cars hit the PS2 console in 2006, and a revamped version for the PS3 is awaiting release. Now writing on the PlayStation Blog, Scott Hyman, Director of Business Development at Creat Studios says that Smash Cars will be arriving on the PlayStation Network next week.

Smash Cars is the RC toy car racing game, full of tricks and stunts. The game features vehicle customization and real-time physics simulation allowing players to perform all sorts of aerial stunts while twisting, turning and grinding. The game can be played in single-player or online multiplayer modes.

Smash Cars will allow six players to compete online and has “trophies, trophies and more trophies.” Also downloadable content is being planned at this very moment and we will be updated with news of the same.

The game is from TikGames and Creat Studios, and will be released on the PlayStation Network on Thursday, August 20, 2009. Smash Cars will be available for a price of 14.99 USD (approx. Rs. 720).
