We recently reported that inFamous from Sony had gone gold, after the release date was moved forward. The game is expected to release in North America on May 26, 2009 and in Europe on May 29, 2009.
Gaming blog Kotaku reports that according to pictures surfacing on a Spanish website, inFamous and Ratchet & Clank: Quest For Booty might be getting their own PS3 bundles. Both the bundles seem to be European offers and while the inFamous bundle looks to come with one DualShock 3 controller, the Ratchet & Clank: Quest For Booty package suggests the possibility of two. The Spanish site also hints that the R&C: Quest For Booty bundle will arrive on May 15, 2009 and the inFamous bundle will be available by May 29, 2009, the same day as the game’s European release.
Apparently, each bundle will cost 399 euros (approx. Rs. 26,940) and will contain a copy of the respective game with an 80 GB PS3. Sony is yet to confirm even the existence of these bundles, and as of now there is no indication of whether the bundles will also be available for other territories.
