As you all know, Rock Band will feature artists such as Metallica and Nirvana, but there was something missing! So now EA has decided to bring in a band that has enthralled music lovers, right from the psychedelic sixties.

Grateful Dead

MTV Games along with Harmonix Games has partnered with Rhino Entertainment to get 18 classic Grateful Dead master recordings in Rock Band. Rhino is a division of Warner Music Group. At E3 2007, EA had announced that Metallica as well as The Who would feature in Rock Band. Now adding Grateful Dead to the roster has brought another dimension the game. Rock Band is expected to release in late 2007 for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
