Harmonix and MTV Games have announced the weekly list of new songs to be included in the Rock Band Music store. The popular game’s musical library expands with songs from American rockers Creedence Clearwater Revival for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii.
The rockers from the late 60s will make their Rock Band debut with the Creedence Clearwater Revival Pack 01. This offering comprises the band’s 12 biggest hits. Gamers can purchase individual tracks too for their gaming portals.
Next week, Rock Band lovers can play along with the tunes of the following songs on their systems.
- Lookin’ Out My Back Door.
Proud Mary.
Bad Moon Rising.
Up Around the Bend.
Travelin’ Band.
Fortunate Son (Original Version).
Green River.
Who’ll Stop the Rain.
Born on the Bayou.
Down on the Corner.
I Heard It Through the Grapevine.
Run Through the Jungle.
These songs will be available for both Rock Band 1 and 2. The friendly-family LEGO Rock Band Music Store will offer all the above songs except ‘Run Through the Jungle’. Gamers with PS3 systems can avail these tracks in Europe from July 7 onwards.
The Creedence Clearwater Revival Pack 01 can be purchased for 19.99 USD (approx. Rs. 930) in the US, 9.99 GBP (approx. Rs. 706) in the UK and 14.99 Euro (approx. Rs. 876) in other parts of Europe. Gamers can also access the pack with 1600 Microsoft Points. Wii gamers will need either 200 Wii Points or make a payment of 2 USD (approx. Rs. 93) to buy individual tracks. For other systems, players will be charged 1.99 USD (approx. Rs. 92) or 0.99 GBP (approx. Rs. 70) or 1.49 (approx. Rs. 87) Euro per track.
