Second Downloable Album for The Beatles: Rock Band out next week

Last month we had reported that the first Beatles album dubbed as Abbey Road could be purchased as downloadable content from the Rock Band Music Store. Now MTV Games, Harmonix and Apple Corps reveal the second downloadable album in the form of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band (1967). The third DLC known as the complete Rubber Soul (1965) album is set to release next month.

Beatles Rock Band

This is noted to be the second DLC album to unveil post launch of The Beatles: Rock Band couple of months ago. The first downloadable track namely ‘All You Need Is Love’ has acquired over 100,000 downloads till date on the Xbox Live. Although songs like Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, With A Little Help From My Friends, Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, Getting Better and Good Morning Good Morning already feature on the game disc, fans can now acquire that whole Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band album.

Individual Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band singles include Fixing A Hole, She’s Leaving Home, Being For The Benefit of Mr. Kite!, Within You Without You, When I’m Sixty-Four, Lovely Rita, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise) and A Day In The Life. These singles are priced at £.99 (approx. Rs.75) or 160 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360. The ‘Complete The Album Pack’ holds a cost of £7.49 (approx. Rs.580) or 1080 Microsoft Points. For the Wii, each track is priced at 200 Wii Points. The latest offerings can be acquired for the Xbox 360 and Wii on November 17, 2009 while PS3 owners can avail of the songs on November 19, 2009.
