Sims fans have probably been keeping their eyes peeled since reports of the impending release of The Sims 3 expansion pack surfaced. Electronic Art’s The Sims Studio will finally launch The Sims 3 World Adventures Expansion Pack on November 17, 2009 across North America.
In the game, players will encounter the mummies of Al Simhara in Egypt, travel through Shang Shimla in China and learn the art of nectar-making in France. Treasures discovered along the quest may be carried back home while moments experienced along the journey can be snapped up with the new photography ability.
The Simlish music is contributed by renowned artists such as Nelly Furtado, LeAnn Rimes, Fefe Dobson, Pixie Lott, Young Punx!, Madina Lake, and others. Owners may register their PC or Mac copy of the game online to obtain additional game-related content with the Explorer’s Loot Set and 1000 SimPoints that can be used to buy in-game items.
The Sims 3 World Adventures will be made available in 60 countries and 22 languages following its initial release in North America. It may also be pre-ordered online.
