After Asda 2, those who’re into RPGs have yet another game to look forward to although this one’s obviously not going to come for free. For the first time ever, the Tales series will debut on the PS3 in North America with Tales of Graces f. Namco Bandai also happens to have Tales of the Abyss for Nintendo 3DS in the pipeline.
This follow-up from the original title for Wii tells the story of Asbel Lhant and his bunch of friends. It plays out amidst a clash between the three kingdoms struggling for dominance on the planet Efinea. Gamers have the flexibility to freely change attack styles or swap character-specific weapons for different styles.
The Nintendo 3DS game has been ported from PS2. It is touted to sturdily back 3D and make full use of the portable gaming device’s dual screens. The plot involves Luke fon Fabre, the only heir to a family of aristocrats, who is thrown into the outside world on an epic adventure.
Tales of the Abyss will be out at some point or the other this year, while Tales of Graces F is set to arrive later in 2012.
