Resonance of Fate Demo Out Now in Japan

Resonance of Fate is the upcoming Sega role playing game in development with tri-Ace. The game is known as End of Eternity in Japan. Why are we concerned with the Japanese name? Well, because Siliconera is reporting that the Resonance of Fate demo is now available on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace in Japan.

The game is set in the distant future where Earth has undergone a drastic change and the surviving few humans have built a huge underground device to purify the environment. The demo takes place well after the beginning of the game, and has players confronting various enemies using the game’s tri-attack battle-system.

The battle system in Resonance of Fate features a mixture of real-time and turn-based elements, giving the game a fast paced feel. If you want to get your hands on the game, then you must have a Japanese account, not to mention you should know how to read Japanese, to get to grips with the game’s relatively easy-to-understand tutorial.

Resonance of Fate is scheduled to release in Japan by the end of January next year, and to European and North American markets sometime in 2010.
