Quantum Conundrum out now for PC

Quantum Conundrum, a downloadable first-person puzzle action game designed by Portal co-creator Kim Swift, is now available for download on PC via Steam. Developed by Airtight Games and published by Square Enix, this game will also be hitting PSN and Xbox Live on July 11, 2012.

The title has players stepping into the shoes of a young boy who’s visiting his uncle for the weekend. Named Professor Fitz Quadwrangle, this uncle is a brilliant and eccentric inventor. Upon entering his home, the boy finds out that his uncle has gone missing. Players must now help the boy find his uncle by using the latter’s latest invention, the Inter-Dimensional Shift (IDS) Device, which can shift the world into a different dimension.

Five different dimensions will be available for gamers to switch between in order to progress through this title’s levels. Developer Airtight Games can be recalled to be the creator of Dark Void which came in 2010 for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. Published by Capcom, this third-person shooter also includes flight combat elements and its available to purchase now for all three platforms.

Quantum Conundrum can be downloaded for PC through Steam at a price of 9.99 GBP (approx. Rs. 890). Its PS3 and Xbox 360 versions will be launched on July 11.
