As you all know, the Nintendo DS is becoming a hotbed for quirky but fun games. Now Sega has sent word about a new fun and challenging party game called as PictoImage for Nintendo’s handheld console. Sega touts that the DS- exclusive game will sharpen wits along with drawing skills.
Gamers take turns drawing the image of a word as competitors’ race against time to guess the word first in this pick up and play puzzle game. PictoImage has a multiplayer mode that in which up to eight players can take part in an assortment of party drawing games. There is the Picture Pass mode, where a subject will be passed from player to player in an image and the final player guesses the topic based on the last drawing. Also, the single-player and two-player modes allow gamers to guess images from a library of three hundred drawings.
PictoImage for Nintendo DS is expected to be out the month of August in 2008. The game will also have a tutorial mode, which will teach gamers how to draw diverse images from the four main categories of Animals, Objects, Food, and Other.
