Endless Space Coming to PC This July

Publisher Iceberg Interactive has newly introduced Endless Space, a sci-fi strategy game developed by Amplitude Studios. Slated to release exclusively for PC, it is said to be a 4X game with the four Xs implying its eXplore, eXploit, eXpand and eXterminate features.

This game is set in the space colonization age and involves eight civilizations engaged in a galactic war. Gamers can hold command over the diplomacy, economy, science and war factors of their empires. They will be asked to attempt gaining control over the galaxy that consists of eight civilizations by conducting trade, applying diplomacy, seeking technological advancements and building strategies to fight the war.

Gamers can either control the title’s scope by quick match-ups or by launching endless wars. They can also generate an infinite number of galaxies and personalize their shape, size, density and age and other factors. Likewise, they can even customize civilizations and confront the ones built by other players.

The game binges on the GAME2GETHER platform, employing which, communities can gain knowledge of the development team’s goals, growth and achievements. Additionally, it will enable players to access early builds with feedback. It also provides a platform for gamers to discuss the title’s potential with the developers.

The price of Endless Space is chalked at 29.99 USD (approx. Rs. 1,715). It will be up for grabs on July 4, 2012.
