Terminator Salvation is the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 game which was released just recently on May 19, 2009. The game was also released for mobile and iPhone OS. Now on to the official Terminator Salvation game forum, Evolved Games has made known that the PC version of the game purchased from retailers is facing an install error.
The error is not present in the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, and even the downloadable online PC version remains error free. Apparently, there was a problem during replication of the game on the game discs, which keeps the end user from properly installing the game. All the PC copies of the game have been recalled from retailers in North America. New copies of the Terminator Salvation game are currently being stamped out, and will be available in stores within a few days.
Also, there is a replacement plan being set up for all end users who have bought a defective copy of the Terminator Salvation game. And information on how you can get your defective unit replaced, if you bought one, will be announced shortly.
